Just that you have a job. Nothing else. Absolutely nothing.

Poor management and team leads. Lots of politics. Team lead/manager tries to over shadow your work. Zero work life balance, if you complete your work, you literally have to finish your TL's work if thats done then you gotta do work of others. Staying late at work is considered a good thing. Team Lead doesn't inform you about rewardsystem, that there's a bonus for good performer. I hot to know this from other team leads that there's also a reward system. TL will deny your leaves. You'll have to hive sick excuses to get your leaves approved. Code quality is terrible, anybody does anything. No code structure is followed. Ppl at junior level knows more than team lead. Team lead has very poor knowledge on technology, you'll have to rely on other team for help when stuck, which again consumes time. No guidance nothing....Read More

Managers micro manage like your pados ki aunties female managers are worst!!!! They want you to just work you cant do anything other than work otherwise they complain nowadays they just fire employees very quickly everything is based on AVERAGE which is rare you cannot judge employees by their case counts you must stay in touch withthem if they are stuck you should help just getting below avg and firing employees is the worst culture you all got. they will use you for the most frustrating projects and question what have you done 🤣🤣 theres just too much to say but i would end here...Read More
