Work culture and it's preference for employee safety gives me atmost satisfaction to work at Yara. Work life Balance is excellent

Dislikes

Dislike is that company doesn't provide staff to work at Groundlevel, Excecutives itself have to work directly with farmers. Working directly with farmers gives Atmost satisfaction but inorder to cover huge area it's a bit difficult for an employee.

It's excellent ,working with Yara, which is having excellent quality products that help farmers to get Good quality yields with less carbon foot print and Yara is a global GAP Member
