Work environment is like hell, whole day shouting on team, too much politics. Meetings happening late night also after 12am for no reason, despite of official Saturday Sunday weekly offs they will ask you to visit dealership or do the work whole day. Intentionally ask you to prepare reports on holidays. recently 1 colleague had a major stroke at night while working..doing meeting at 12.30am. Also 1 colleague is currently hospitalised due to lots of pressure, doctor told him that because of pressure swelling is there on brain, that colleague not even able to talk properly. No logical discussion happening in meeting, partiality’s by immediate reporting manager i.e TM (Maharashtra).Lack in knowledge, industry.. Unfortunately Yamaha dont take any actions on such employees who are harassing..this feedback is not only from me or 1 person ..anyone who is working with Yamaha in Maharashtra can give.....Read More

UNION EMPLOYEES OF YAMAHA ARE SO DISGUSTING. THEY BEHAVE WITH A TRAINEE LIKE A SERVENT , THEY THINK THEY ARE THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. EVEN YOU CAN'T SIT ON THE STARTING SEATS OF BUS ,IF YOU EVER SIT THEY SHOUTED ON YOU INSULT YOU IN FRONT OF EVERYONE , EVEN A TRAINEE ALSO PAY OF CONVIENCE SAME AMT. STILL THEY BEHAVE LIKE THIS.
