As a fresher, we will have scope to learn but issue is that it's a legacy system/application. As for Job security, if we maintain decent work/growth and take initiative, you're safe.

Pay is bad, expected to work extra hours, weekends with no compensation for it. Hikes are not great either, old stack technologies in use,.

Working in yalamanchili is really innovative and a pleasant experience to learn a latest technologies, and working with amazing teammates, they are very much helpful and supportive. And job security, career growth are very much righteous. Coming to politics as in every company politics some where or the other will remain, but i never brought that impact on my work or in learning ability.
