This is a very good company for freshers they can learn many things . Best company for freshers . 2 years bond will be there for freshers but In that 2 years a fresher can become a professional. Very good place for learning new things and seniors and managers all are very supportive.

Only dislike is salary Salaries are a but low . But very good place to learn

As a fresher, we will have scope to learn but issue is that it's a legacy system/application. As for Job security, if we maintain decent work/growth and take initiative, you're safe.

Dislikes

Pay is bad, expected to work extra hours, weekends with no compensation for it. Hikes are not great either, old stack technologies in use,.

The company is good for Freshers. They can get more knowledge and can improve their skills related to technical and even non technical too.They can gain knowledge in all fields.

No compensation . Hike in salary is bit difficult.work pressure is more. No recognition for our innovation and hardwork. Salary will be less .work load will be more.we have to work more than specified hours but will not get OT

... will remain, but i never brought that impact on my work or in learning ability. Finally salary appraisals were bitter slow but in initial stage as software field salary is not important rather than that work productivity and skills are primary.

The thing which i didnt like about yalamanchili is politics, salary appraisals were not feasible.

Everything is worst in this company, standards are so low they don't want any employee to grow, this organization has no goals and ambition there's so much chaos in management no hierarchy is maintained and also for to take leaves you have to ask multiple people at one time and the biggest problem is salary, the salary is so low for a fresher it in between 8k to 11k the average industry standard is atleast 15 to 20k. He/She won't be able to survive on that salary it is much more lesser than average industry standards this might be the lowest paying organisation in todays date on top of that this organization expects you to work in bond of two years that too after confirmation on papers they'll say after joining within 3 to 6 months your confirmation will be there but in reality it stretches till 9 to 10 months and after that you have to sign bond for next 2 years so total is more than 2.6 years and when you'll come out of this organization you will have no knowledge about the actual industry but you'll be living in a buble if you're thinking you'll get lot of opportunities to learn and grow in this organization and there's no single policy is there in favour of their employees every policy is just favouring the organisation there are plenty of other things which i might not able to explain in this box. But overall if you're fresher looking for new opportunities to learn and grow you should not join this company otherwise you'll be trapped here.
