So HR/Branch manager/ Project manager has no rights to take any decisions and for that employs need to wait for even small things. This organisation will mostly take only fresher candidate so they will offer very less package in IT industry even at office Located in Metro cities ( Chennai, Mumbai). Management are trying to hold their employees and even does cancelled schedule interview in other companies. They can do anything to keep their employees. Salary hike is very low. Even they will skip your appraisal for 6 months to 1 year. This organisation has no add on facility for employees. Working hours per day will extended upto 18 hr a day. Poor environment, lack of Gap in the hospitality and basic needs. Not even having a glass in the dining hall. Worst HR management, after onboarding to job, there is no proper support from them. Company is running 20 years behind in work culture, employee engagement programmes, there is no transparency to employees in financial statements.
