Likes

They are having flat organization structure. Japanese work culture is so nice compared to Indian work culture. Japanese gives importance to coworker delight as they do give for customers. You can easily reach out to the top management and give your ideas and suggestions. Overall nice experience.

Nothing as such. Seriously😀.

Work Details

You got to do lot of multitasking over here. But senior is quite supportive especially Japanese expats. I could able to learn lot of things in short period of time.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
