Working conditions are pathetic. If you are good in pleasing your boss (not with work quality) than you are good to go. Unskilled and people not deserving to be at senior and management level are governing the departments. No proper leave policy. Management is far way too much concerned of your personal life instead focusing on their proper job. undeserving candidates are highly paid, rest suffer because of their high payment. working hours are always strict for office in time but are flexible for out time ; as in your shift may start at 10 and end 8;30 9 or whatever and next day you come at same time....Read More
