It's a fantastic place to work. The environment is cool and nice. They provide morning breakfast and evening snacks everyday and on Friday's we do some fun activities along with the team parties to keep the environment chill and stress free. It's almost 3 years I have been working here and have learnt alot, especially sales and how to convince the business customers over the phone. Dislikes

As such there is nothing major which I don't like, but some times I feel like in terms of growth it's a very slow process. Hierarchy should be maintained as it's a growing company. Formal training should be provided to the joinees.

Work Details

The job is interesting once we start making incentives. For freshers it can be a challenge but once they get interest they start enjoying it. Everyone comes from different culture but once they join us they become a part of Xtrim family.

Company environment is not at all toxic. The people are connected and even whenever the team goes out the Ceo himself comes to ask if anything is needed. its awesome.
