Job security: You need to perform on field or you will be in trouble - but I guess that’s how most of the companies run as far as sales is concerned. Variable amount : In this they are simply fooling their employees. Totally dissatisfied.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire assigned region. Pitching for my company as a salesperson is exiting but the task is slightly repetitive. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own.

Company is going through rough phase. The oldtimers are exiting the business. India business focus is very less. Infact legal hurdles are more in education space. Company is finding it difficult to deliver it's commitment towards its customers. Salaries are kept on hold for the entire company at times

The product is an awesome one but it's not updated since long. The payment terms for the employee is wonderful..Things would be better if they work to clear off the negative mark they created in certain markets due to poor service and lack of customer satisfaction
