The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products. Another plus point is Two way communication practices

Dislikes

Job security: You need to perform on field or you will be in trouble - but I guess that’s how most of the companies run as far as sales is concerned. Variable amount : In this they are simply fooling their employees. Totally dissatisfied.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire assigned region. Pitching for my company as a salesperson is exiting but the task is slightly repetitive. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own.
