1. Horrible culture, incessant swear words used from leadership and team members. 2. No boundaries on personal life 3. Very political nature and toxic gossips in the company. 4. Work is of a project manager and not what they market. 5. Literally no employee benefits and annual offsite budget is Rs: 200 per person in the team. 6.Strict uniform guidelines. 7. mandatory attendance and selfie check-in, if you miss you lose salary. 8. Too much of politics and no clear visibility about the growth. Work dodging and hiding of information attitude is prevalent among organisation. It makes new employees difficult to adjust in this environment.
