If you are late more than once a month, you will get a Loss of Pay (LOP) marked. You have to work on every festival, while manager LillyDisouza relaxes at home doing the wrong things. There will 360 man power in the warehouse on contract basis. you need manage them . Until now no Management Trainee has stayed there for more than 30 days.
