"The most useless and worst job. Every day you have to take 150 calls, which is impossible. You will be stopped until the call count is complete, and you won't be allowed to go home till 150 calla. If you are late more than once a month, you will get a Loss of Pay (LOP) marked. You have to work on every festival, while manager LillyDisouza relaxes at home doing the wrong things. Permission is needed to use the toilet and for lunch, and there is no Provident Fund (PF). This is a contract-based job. If you don't want to ruin your life, don't go there. Behavior of State head Mr. Raman Jha was too Bad. He always use Unprofessional Language, used to Abuse other employess during google meet. Only one person is destroying the business of Jharkhand. He Always try to spoil the SOP. Marking heavy lost to RSC Partners, Field Supervisors.

in bangalore [Hoskote hub].OJT[On Job Training] Period of 20 Days. Exposure to Hub Operations i.e ware house operations. There will 360 man power in the warehouse on contract basis. you need manage them . Until now no Management Trainee has stayed there for more than 30 days. So Think before you go .i took as a challenge and went but me too regret.

Now the Management or staff dont care about you. for every two days they spend only 1 hour for you and other time they just keep saying what are you doing since morning [finally they don't let you to indulge any activity and moreover they ask to sit , when you sit they again say why are you sitting . finally they treat you like labour] . Nobody will take care even HR . 2.
