There's nothing that I can think about, and I am sure no other would too.

Dislikes

1. Mirco-manages employees 2. No work-life balance 3. Hire without any goal and fire without a thought. 4. No increment/bonus since ages 5. One has to beg for recognition. 6. No job security. 7. High attrition rate/ no notice dismissals. 8. Employees are not respected. 9. Leaders just listen to the answer, and not to discuss. 10. Management over commits and perform under.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
