They provide cab service, but they hire AP & collections employees on a less than a road side labor wage because senior management secure budget for themselves with hell politics.

Dislikes

At the time of hiring they promised to give WFH but managers didn't allow, so don't trust HR & NO work life balance is there. You have to work on festivals also. Lots of politics for appraisals and promotions, upper management comes under creamy layer and actual resource is treated as labor. Upper mgmt. eats all hike budgets of their team.

I had woeked with this company in India kolkata(wb). Thats period of my working carrier was golden time. I learn lots of things form this company specially I learn Lean from here and I implement and sustain this my new work station.
