Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. I did not like the company treated their employees. There is no Job Security. How much hard work you do but founder and co founder is not going to motivate their team. There are a loads of miscommunication and misunderstanding due to few team members and old staff always get leverage to share their person feedback which spoils the employee image.

I actually liked very much when I have joined Xoxoday but later i realised that XOXODAY is just another unorganised organisation. There is no proper process and sops to drive the Operations successfully.
