Highly unprofessional working by the management. Its family owned business and after the founder his kids are looking after the business and they don't have much experience which has ruined the organisation with some old employees. They don't pay their employees timely and the time frame could be 3 to 4 months. 100's of people left because of no salaries on time but HR will hire the people as its a play for them and directors as they don't care about anything.. major fund issues.. No salary on time. No job security. No pf added to my account. No TADA given by them. Politics are everywhere in this company. No full and final given by company. Not even call received by them because they are too busy and we are just chu*iya for them. No support from senior level. Sales, distribution and accounts head all are giving wrong commitments every time and they are too shameless for doing it again and again.
