Employee compensation should be fare value per market valuation. rewards and recognition and below the expectation and bit less opportunities people who really works hard.

It was nice since at the time of joining. It is one of the multinational origination like others but culture is unique and employee compensation as well. however, year by year it's becoming a normal corporate even for salaries, promotions & other benefits

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Certain departments within the company are very good and treat colleagues very well. There are others which aren't the best to work with.

Dislikes

Managers work around the clock and send emails with actionables even during weekends. They take credit for work of subordinates in front of external customers. There is no segregation between high performing employees and mediocre/low performing. If someone stays with the company for a certain period of time, he will receive his promotion no matter what

Its good working. But given the fact that the COVID situation still prevail we are comple to attend office. Subjected to the fact that the work that they have asked to complete can also be done after 28th Feb 2021. But still I have been asked to travel a distance of 1700 km during this time.

People from gurgaon are bias. Proper recognition is never received.
