They will conduct regular weekend fun activities and food will be provided for the night shift employees

Dislikes

It is just a hire and fire-out company. Initially they will tell that you will get training on latest technologies. But, after joining the company you won't get any training and everything we need to learn by ourselves. Employees need to struggle with the client to get the task requirements and get it done on time. They won't have any proper document regarding the project that you are going to work. Even if any issue happens, management won't support the employee at the client end and finally you will be removed from the project. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
