There is no growth for technician in MI authorised service center salary is very poor they dont encourage any technician to increase there position. In Xioami service field higer authorities not understand the techincian talent they have only money spending persons only . Iam working in service center 2 years has a technician and iam scored every xioami technical test and skill development test above max marks example 20/20 and 48/50 but no improvement in my job .the worst experience i faced in service center job .i am a big fan of xioami products my total family and my relatives also use only xioami products but i am very dispointed to work has a technician in Mi authorised service center .Please encourage talented technician in your service centers....Read More
