I have been working at Xhire IT Consulting for 2 years now as an OIC Technical Consultant and It's been a transformative journey for me. I've gained so much knowledge and hands-on experience in OIC. The team members and senior managers are so collaborative and helpful in managing the projects. It's a great place to kickstart your career in IT.

I have worked more then three years at Xhire it is small comapany with a close-kint and efficient team.The people of here including colleague and managers are friendly and supportive wihich creates positive work enviornment. Despite its size xhire's employee are highly capable and tackle task effectively.it is a great place for anyone who values teamwoek and cooperative culture

Dislikes

While Xhire has positive aspects, its smaller size sometimes limits resources and opportunity for growth. There could be more structured processes in place, and at times, work can become overwhelming due to a lack of manpower. improving these areas could enhance the overall experience.
