While I am working at xerox i enjoy my work and there is very good work environment, but the carreer Growth is really unsatisfied i was working 5 years and above but the IJP is really down Number but overall my working experience is really great and i working again and again this company in my whole life. thank you saurabh jha

There is career growth, Salary/appraisal, is so bad and work environment too much dull. If we talk about politics so every body do policies in there company even their HR and opration management also has to join politics with there employees.
