If you are lucky enough to fall on a good team, you can some how adjust to have a decent work life balance or else you are doomed.

Dislikes

This company have the worst management. The HR department doesn't even care about the employees. They have build few work policies which have legal loopholes where they can make a huge profits from the deductions of your salary. They offer you company benefits just in the papers but you won't receive it. Regarding the work life balance, If you are lucky enough to fall in a good team you can have a decent work life balance. If you are an animation art enthusiast better not choose here cause you'll feel like a machine job and they'll literally ask you to give them a huge quantity of work than a good quality of work. You might even have to work on Saturdays and don't even think about any bonuses or OT on that....Read More

Bhagmani branch is best , iam worked only 15 days in Bhagnani branch i learn lot of work in this branch . and Vikram Gajari is my first TL, the best of my animation mentor .

Pritech branch animation department is very worst , at the time i request to Animation director please move to bhagmani branch director is not responding my request . menters and TL and supervisor he don't care traine animator , traine animator asked the any dout , TL and menters is not respond , minimum traine animator working in 14 hr in pritech branch .

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
