1. No job security- can terminate you at any time of employment. 2. Terminate employees at any time of job and does not provide any documents which is very important for an employee to take a new start. 3. They do not entertain and have bad behavior with the employees how have been off-boarded from the organization because of any act. 4. They have not provided any compensation or even the salary which is employees right to work. 5. Till probation they can increase your saturday working. 1. Very strict- They use time doctors to track the desktops and laptops all the time 2. Very strict logging and logout work timings. 3. Break time is very much strict. 4. Leave and other policy can change anytime 2. Leave policies are very worse.

My previous review which was a hundred percent true was removed the company.. They are trying very hard to stop all the negative comments... But if the CEO starts to atleast acknowledge the work of the employees, all these things will not be even needed and then only employees will come up with the positive reviews of the company.
