Xeeva recently went through an organizational restructuring which caused 40% Layoffs. Since post leadership changed Xeeva is growing and striving to become a stable company, Teams are helpful and cooperative with minimal politics. Senior Management sits in the US and I felt there is a big disconnect between onshore and offshore people.
