The work environment is good. Not as toxic. Again, this depends on who is your boss and what is your department.

Dislikes

The bhaiya culture because of which the culture is a mix of professional and informal. This can sometimes be good as well bad depending what favours the manager. Leave policies are good but no annual outings or even quarterly outings as such. Salary hikes are around 10-20%. The pantry is not on par. Employee benefits are not up to mark.
