Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Work inviroment is during WFH Ok but in office my personal experience is very bad ,IT team members are supportive but as per company policy they are not providing PF amount for any employee as committed in offer latter. Company policy are very bad .no job security.no learning but you have enough time during work to self study in night duty .salary hike and every month but employee didn'tknow received salary on time no bonus ....Read More
