I have being part of Xapads Media for 4 years, and throughout this journey, I have yet to find anything to dislike about the company. If i could give xapds more than 5 start, i would. the work culture is here is incredibale and something you won't find someone else compnay. its all about just because we have best HR and management in the industry.

I would say you will give a salary hike on time but need to give a promotion too as per skills after some time employees spend time on company.
