The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team and market reliable high quality product. I got to travel abroad.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. there is good learning opportunity for fresh graduates but they can not utilize their expertise in this organization. it is best for them to apply better chance in another organization. second this is that they normally avoid to fire anyone without any strong/ critical reason.

nobody is authorized here as his designation. salary package is very low as compare to surrounding area. disciplinary issues are increasing day-by-day due there is no control system for any kind of warning/termination.
