training, there is no transparency in the appraisal and promotions, lot of politics, nothing to learn, pathetic work environment look like cellular jail, hell work-life balance, you never know when they change their policy for leaves, breaks, work from home, separation, etc, management looks insecure. they know if they soft their policy for separation, the floor will soon get empty.

The biggest drawback is job security, Managers are here boss and they can fire anyone without warning. There are lots of politics involve and they only promote people who say Yes to what Managers said. HR is here just for no issue and they cannot do anything irrespective of whatever concern you raise. There are lots of Micromanagement in the organization.

Salary package is not as good as it should be. Management tries to convince people with the least package that they can offer even if the client has given a wider range for package. My designation had offer of 28 lacs from client end but I was offered only 14 lacs. So it seems to me that the HR and management not much concerned withthe standard and qualification of employees.
