I am working at Wundermam since 4 years. Pros - Good cab facility Free food at night Good appraisals ( depends upon your importance in the project) Cons - Poor top management. Zero job security. Every year they fire 15-20 people without paying money. They can fire anyone for cost cutting be it people from top management or a normal executioner. Less career growth due to complex process Any manager there will not fight for you they will only fake it that they are with you Few processes are good few are extremely bad like some of the night shift process are good... Ford content publishing and marketo/adobe campaign process are bad because there is no work life balance....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
