No work-life balance is possible here. At a constant rate, You have to sit in front of your system. At a stretch, an employee sits here for 8-9 or even 10 hours, which can hamper his/her personal life and I have faced it. for a married person, I don't find this workplace suitable enough because at the same time, you need to keep yourself attentive on meetings, which are organised daily and you have to be active there all the time..
