-no work life balance -heavy penalty on failing tasks without warnings -no system for explaining new writers how to work -no feedback system -new policies every now and then -have to be present for revision even if on off days

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
