The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tecnology.I love the fact that I am apart of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.

This was my second job under franchise showroom ,but as the firms was big and we get the opportunity to be a part of varies brands and their work culture and change in product (Apparel & footwear), Brands like Live's .Puma, Adidas & W. Which was a good experience for me.

Dislikes

Shifts are too stressful as we have to start the day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with 4 members , which means only 3 members if someone take a day off and we have no more extra leaves.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
