I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Hire and fire. Max you can survive 5 month .. probation ending month is dangerous.. bcs they will save 1 month cost too. Contract job is better. UK management not even thinking about human value. If you check any wpp employee, they will say no to join.

They will hire and fire the employees just like that. No career growth and job security at all. They don't have process and policies in place.
