If you are into office politics, drinking alcohol or smoking then you would love this company

Dislikes

So to start with the most toxic work environment. The General Manager of India office has no other job other than watching CCTV. If you are into smoking and drinking then only you can be a perfect fit for the company. Other than that there is no job security here. You are threatened by management that if you make a single mistake you will be fired

Generally speaking, my work is slightly different as I have to look after the entire customer and their accounts. As long as I get to work closely with the client, it will be a great learning experience and wow moments.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
