I have been there at wowfas 20 days and then decided to resign. I am a very flexible person when it comes to work, but still I wasn’t able to complete a month at wowfas.
Following are the reasons I decided to leave the organisation:
1. No defined working hours, even if you logout at 11:45 and they msg you and you don’t reply they will be like “are you not working ?” (Infact I was working from 9AM to 11:30 PM - continuously)
2. Sundays are fun, as you have to sit in front of the laptop all the day.
3. If you are planning to join wowfas, please keep in your mind that there will be no personal life only professional life and if you don’t reply them (no matter it’s 2AM or 6AM in the morning) you have to work like a slave.
4. They treats you like a slave ( I hope I can post some screenshots here)
5. After all you have done everything you do, in the very end they will be like ( send me your report what have you done, I don’t think you are working, I don’t think you know how to do it, (to Sr HR they said: shit work you have done, your work is not even like an executive, etc etc)
6. They pretend to be friendly but they cannot tolerate friendliness. (NO PROFESSIONALISM)
7. If you are good in making people stupid, then this can be the beat job for you because hard working and knowledgable people they don’t want.
8. Whenever you leave the organisation, please do not serve notice period. Just take the salary and leave. I have served the notice period ( which was not mentioned in my offer letter) still I thought to give a proper notice period. After completion of my notice period, organisation said there will be no salary credits as you were not attentive (I was fully attentive it was just I started closing my day at 6:30PM instead of 12PM in the night). The reason they provided: my performance was not satisfactory that’s why they are adjusting my notice period salary from my working days salary. The stupidest reply I ever get, are the adjusting money as if I borrowed money from them, if you feel like I have not work then don’t pay for those days what is this nonsense reason of adjusting my salary?
I have many more things to say with proof.
The worst experience ever. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL....Read More
