People are little good and managers are also good. It's like a Govt. Organization where there is 100% Job security even if you do not know anything.

Dislikes

There are lot of things to dislike. Even if this is your last option, please please do not join the Organization, since there are chances that you might get another job after few month but working with WOW MOMO will sucks your life and carrear. If you are a fresher then you may join organisation to learn some work and get a kick inyour CV but you will never learn anything new thing over here since nobody knows anything. Issue: 1. Salary will be credited by 10th of every month or might even get delayed since no proper HR here 2. Chaos Office: At office there is no infrastructure. You might need to seat at stairs or waiting room or might be told to seat in desk by putting your legs out. Always there will be chaos, sound like a Manicktalla fish market since all department seats in 1 roof. 3. Company Culture: There is NO CORPORATE CULTURE. in name of culture they know birthday celebration and dancing him. might be outing when they get some funding 4. Promotion or Appraisal: there is no Policy. Once you get job only senior managers get promotions and juniors will either get salary hike after continuously telling to managers and that too very min increase 5. Learning: You are not going to learn anything since they do not even know the actual process and policy . You might be preparing same report again and again since data changes every minute 6. Work timing: if there is pressure then you might need to work till 3 pm or 4 pm. However if there is Min work the you might leave office by 8 pm . Sat is working day and even on Sundays you might need to work depending on work If you are going in Accounts, Finance or Taxation department and you have some experience then do not join this company it will ruin your CV and whatever knowledge you have, you might forget....Read More
