I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Woundtech doesn't follow any process. It is quite insensitive about understanding employees and their concerns. It has uni-directional and ineffective management which doesn't know how to measure efforts put by an employee. We see management being biased at every level.
