Good culture, policies are underway for implementation. Management is hands on and productivity rates are high.

Dislikes

Benefit system is not in place right now and the maturity level of the company is rising. Once processes are established and the company reaches a mature stage in terms of process and organisation within certain teams it is definitely a great company.

It's a great company to be, in terms of support and work opportunities. Employees are professional and helpful. There is healthy exchange of ideas and no unnecessary office politics.

Being a small organization, you get to learn a lot with independence in your work with no micro-management. Coworkers are supportive and management listens and tries to solve your problems. Even in Covid where many companies were deducting salaries, received full salaries, and got appraisal as well in the next cycle. A lot of training are organized so you keep on learning.

The little extra workload at times. Need to have more extra team activities.

Company and the management is quite flexible. They just require the work and deliverables to be done on time. Salaries get credited on time and there is a lot of space for learning and career growth in every department. Co-workers are helpful and fun to work with. Overall productive and peaceful.

They are very flexible and allows you to work from home. Job Security, Salary will get credited on last day of month always. Everyone in the team is always ready to listen your ideas and guide you for implementation.

I am helping clients in writing interactive proposals for their clients. It involves a lot of graphic design work, technical understanding and heavy rich media. But, I always motivate whenever my team leader and client appreciate me.
