Work Life Balance is rare in a start up but in Worxogo its there and if you stick with them over time you are compensated pretty well

Dislikes

Skill development is one of the burning issues, you will always be in fear of missing out, culture is very bad and overall satisfaction would be low

I have been doing stuff that I am not hired for. Management support is pretty low and culture is pretty toxic
