This NGO is having nice program to develop the community, but their staff are 99% from Christian community, maximum staffs are unworthy, only because of christian, by the Christian leaders reference, they are in the role. My personal view, leadership shows that they are open for all, but they prefer only christian, they're having hidden agenda, by helping other with foreign money, make the community Christian. Staff environment, is to bad. They use spiritual bullets, like if i jot go to church, I might have driven out from the organisation. They said bad words against others religion people. Stealing money, with false bill. Back biting. In conclusion, organisation is awesome, but they having hidden agenda to conversion. What I am writing, this is all true, personal experience

Good to develop our career by spiritually and socially. To reach poor people there family and children. To see happy faces in the children. The opportunity to change maker in society.

Because of partially. There is no team work. Heart breaking words. Hearting to emotions. Our manager sir is only by seeing outside spiritually but inside and way of talking is so badly.

i have satisfied with my job when i was working in word vision and i got alote of experience .But, i leave the organization because of the project phase out. Till i am interested if the organization have vacate position in my qualification .

I dislike the organization facilitated job opportunities for staffs who are leave because of the project termination .if it is better to facilitate other job opportunity for all staffs specially for women .
