It has been quite an interesting journey for the last 8 years. The company has a unique setup where end to end support for operations is provided which helps staff to learn with more exposure which itself serves as a great motivation. Management has been very transparent in the way they communicate and have an open culture giving equal opportunity to staff irrespective of their position or role. This helps to create a work culture that is easy to adapt for anyone joining new. Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the Bank but the compensation structure given the fluctuation in inflation needs to be reviewed and adjusted accordingly which is also something that is currently being looked into by the HR and Management.

The Project objective is very good, the CDD approach which is being used in this project is one of the best approach. The Project is quite unfortunate for not having a good Project Director, the unavailability of a full time project Director suffered this project a lot. The Project Management Unit of this project is located in the Field which should not have been done, as now the project is away from Secretariat and monitoring from secretariat is very low. Slow actions and slow decision making has suffered the project a lot. More over Project staff salary is on the very lower side as compared to the other MDTF project salaries despite of the project locality is in the far flung field area, due to low salaries of the staff, the staff is demotivated and the interest level is very low. Employee are always looking for other good opportunities and thus quality staff do not work for a longer period of time. My experience with the WB projects and in this project was amazing, challenging. I enjoyed my work a lot. I went through a lot of experiences, learning and further explored my self. My Experience in the WB Projects give me confidence and made me a leader.
