Work-life Balance : Non-existent. The Pressure is overwhlming with untimely calls from tech manager during weekends and after working hours. Approved Leaves are often revoked, and there's no respect for personal time. Culture: Toxic and demoralizing. The Work culture is highly negative, with constant public reprimands from the CTOand CEO. Its telling that no employees, apart from small core of about 5 people , have stayed with the company for more than a year. Most people join, quickly relize the reality, and leave within a year. Work Environment: You're Expected to work on weekends, and if you don't, you're forced to explain yourself in front of everyone and face scolding from top management. when resigning, they'll try to blame project delays on you, regardless of how hard you've worked to complete tasks. Overall: *Don't Join this Company if you want to keep professional experience clean. DisLikes: Ex-employee relations: Apparently even after serving out your entire notice period and giving proper handover you would be given a negative feedback on your background verification. Also the HR head says your own feedback is confidential to yourself. Go figure that out. (My own bank telling me they can't disclose my account balance because it is confidential.) Work life balance: You would be expected to work over weekends while your direct reporting manager would go swimming with his kid during work hours and live his family life. But don't you ever dare questioning why some employees are given WFH and you need to report to office everyday. Leaves & culture. Planned and Approved leaves be it even a month before would be cancelled at the last moment and you would be asked to cancel your tickets and personal plans. If you ever take a sick leave, you would be labelled as partying with friends. But ofcourse the labeling would just be a kidding way. Job security: I've seen employees laptop being taken away in the middle of the day and being terminated because apparently that employee made some git commit which has no record by the way, first time I have seen git commits get vanished. You won't be given proper FnF settlement after your release even if you have served your entire notice period. Management outlook: There is no clear business outlook. Employment at workruit has been a fruitful experience from day one. As a sales manager I had a lot of exposure in the field professionals, met and interacted with stake holders. Experienced and professional management. Peer were always supportive. Good company culture and work life balance.

Working at workruit has been wonderful experience. I had been entrusted with opportunities and responsibilities early on, helping me accelerate my growth. The work culture at workruit has been nurturing. The entire team including the team leads are always ready to help, be it related to work related or you are just feeling down. Despite being a fresher, I was given a lot of challenging new opportunities which have helped me not only on the technical front but also on the soft skill side like negotiations within the team and with the client, being assertive and persistent while knowing where to make the trade - offs, identifying the red flags early in the development cycle, putting my point forward and making others understand my thought process, learning to accept others points of view and building together as a team....Read More

The company is passionate and creative, there is always an opportunity to learn new things. Work life balance is amazing, I get a lot of support and advice from team members and are very helpful in nature. I get to learn and grow with the brightest minds in the business.
