I don't like the work culture, bad words are used they think that we are slave to them, no one bothers for work life balance, we forced to work on Sunday's as well. Incentive deduction on the name of less budget.

The buildings are fancy enough to get you feel like you have landed in a nice place .

Working at this place is like being in a chaotic boss's house with a laid-back culture. Everyone claims to be like family, but in reality, they invade your personal life and use it against you. Many a times, I even thought if I could raise it, since my circle was well connected to this big family. Anyways, I have always had my opinions and I knew its better to leave this place than to fix anything. It's frustrating to see people here being so reliant on fake managing it to make their bosses happy. If you're a smooth talker, you're in their good books, but if you're quiet, they treat you like you're not all there. I've witnessed unfair judgments, endless gossip, and a general lack of professionalism. And, god save you if you are in the new Engineering team. Also, It's tough to speak up as it's a family-owned business, but I consider myself fortunate for having the maturity to handle it. If you're new to the workforce, I'd advise you to steer clear of this place. Although there are some (very few) great people here, the overall experience is maddening. Pathetic work experience, they removed me within 13 days of joining because i didn't perform and meet their targets, How can a employee meet the targets in a learning period...Dont join this company..it is in hsr layout bangalore, Hopeless manager and management, manager abuses the team often...Very unprofessional behavior and baised decisions...hopeless company

Appraisals are terrible. Expected to work at any hour and any day, without any compensation for overtime work. Base pay for the role and work is lesser than market average.
