Many Manager like Guna Shekhar sir, Manudeep Sir, Dinesh Sir & TL like Vijay Kumar Patil Sir are there who are doing best, who behave polite with their employee yes I understand sometime they gets tempered because of their boss pressure but there are some shits who don't care about your skills, your dedication their are manager and OPS also.

The buildings are fancy enough to get you feel like you have landed in a nice place .

Working at this place is like being in a chaotic boss's house with a laid-back culture. Everyone claims to be like family, but in reality, they invade your personal life and use it against you. Many a times, I even thought if I could raise it, since my circle was well connected to this big family. Anyways, I have always had my opinions and I knew its better to leave this place than to fix anything. It's frustrating to see people here being so reliant on fake managing it to make their bosses happy. If you're a smooth talker, you're in their good books, but if you're quiet, they treat you like you're not all there. I've witnessed unfair judgments, endless gossip, and a general lack of professionalism. And, god save you if you are in the new Engineering team. Also, It's tough to speak up as it's a family-owned business, but I consider myself fortunate for having the maturity to handle it. If you're new to the workforce, I'd advise you to steer clear of this place. Although there are some (very few) great people here, the overall experience is maddening.
