Having company name as "Workafella" speaks a lot. Brand value is there in the market. Appraisal was good, for that you must earn respect from founder and CEO.

Dislikes

We are totally dependent on CEO from housekeeping to operations. Need to trust a people around them give them time to. Improve themselves Being more than 2 yr, I seen people with lot of talent are resigning often, so need to be focus on individual give them time to prove themselves. Need space a lot from management, they need to respect there employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
