The only advantage of working here was that the work was familiar to me. Teammates were cooperative which made it easier to stay as long as a period of six months.

Dislikes

There is no other way of describing my experience than to say that this company should not even exist. I believe that it was built to make a fool out of its employees. The so called CEO makes big talk when you join the place but when it's time to take a hold of things, he literally blocks you out. He hands over his responsibilities to the so called HR and does not have the courage to even face his employees for a discussion when there are job security issues. I wouldn't want to spill more beans about how outrageously pathetic it is to be an employee of this company, but I would suggest that anyone interested in this company must check them out on Glassdoor....Read More

Work Details

Basically, they provide us with a work from home facility and pull you up for delay in submissions to the client for the rest of the week. There's always work pressure inspite of the work being hectic.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
