No work life balance in the company. They ask you to work extra 3/4 hours everyday without any incentive. Less scope for developing skills as team leaders don't give training.

The worst company that I have ever found. It's not a company,it is a organisation where all people work together. Here you will not learn anything. They pressurized you to complete the work within given time. If you take a sick leave also money deducted from your salary.

The workplace environment is toxic and the management is highly inefficient. They keep changing the policies every minute as per their benefit and then start blaming the employee for not following the rules. There is no work-life balance since the management asks you to work for 12 hours a day and does not give incentives or pay salary on time.
